Returns and Refunds
At Tradomaniax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Tags: All tags must be attached.
- Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Please note that items that are damaged, soiled, altered, or missing tags may not be accepted for return.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
- Custom Orders: Items that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned.
- Pre-Booked Orders: Items that have been pre-booked cannot be returned.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to help@tradomaniacs.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return your item.
- Packaging: Please securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including the original packing slip or a note with your RMA number.
- Shipping: In case your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pick up, you will have to courier the product.(Pickup receipt will be required for refund). Ship the package to the address provided with your RMA number.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected by our team to ensure it meets our return criteria. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original mode of payment.
If it was a Cash On Delivery(COD) order, then in that case after the order is received and inspection is completed, we will mail you a google form asking for your bank account details.
Please allow 10 to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For any reasons that are Damaged product received or product is missing or If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please email or contact us within 24 hours.
